Raphael’s recipes are going on three generations of handcrafted preparation starting in the beginnings of early morning. It’s true. Our bakers start arriving at 1am to start prepping and mixing dough. Our late arrivers come in about 5am to start packaging and stocking the counter. Why? Passion.
